Increasing the number of houses and cars on the island but removing a children's safety service is simply unbelievable.

Young children cross without supervision and fatalities may happen!! It's wrong that mill rythe have 2 and mengham have none!! What is wrong with the people at the council who are in charge????

We need someone to maintain the safety of our children across this busy road as some times one side of traffic stops but the other side speed up so you can't cross, why the police to come out and help parents and kids across as that way the cars will stop like I witnessed the other week when he crossed road they stopped.

They have 3 at Mill Rythe school the road that the Mengham children have to cross is busier sort it out

All very well asking the children to utilise the zebra crossing but rarely do cars stop at this crossing!

Please keep the lollipop ladies and then do something about the speeding motorists by making them slow down and put up more signage otherwise you the council will have to deal with a backlash from any parent who's child gets knocked down . You charcing with their lives and they're only 3/4 - 7 year olds NOT 11 yrs and above .
