Kids did not do anything wrong and deserve to play as they earned there standings. Just becouse a kid got cut off the team and the parent is trying to ruin the game for theses kids. Not right at all

I am with another G organization as a coach and trainer. The process to register is so difficult. I can 100% see where an honest mistake would be made. does not seem like there is any intent to deceive and this policy and punishment is far too severe.

14 games seems excessive. Penalties for admin mistakes should not fall on the shoulders of the kids that we encourage to be active. If anything a monetary penalty would have been sufficient and maybe a 5 game max penalty. The GTHL should rethink their policies.

Hockey is supposed to be fun and engaging kids in physical activities to build great citizens. Families are paying thousands of dollars to the GTHL who makes nearly $1M annually on fees. The GTHL needs major reform as well as Minor Hockey overall. Rattlers are a top team. They kids won these games themselves through their performances. To punish them for an administrative issue is symptomatic of minor hockey's problems in administration and leadership. They are not NHL contracts and the prize is Millions of dollars. They are kids making lasting friends, playing the game they love and adults in administration of the Leagues are getting in the way!!

The players should not be punished for the mistakes and oversight of adults. They are 15. They need adults, an organization and a league who are focused on building confidence, resilience and respect of their peers, refs and parents.
