A 14 game suspension for an admin error is not fair process. These boys will forever be impacted by this decision. Compassion and empathy need to be in your playbook! Shame on you folks!

They submitted the credentials, he’s been a trainer for 5 years with the required credentials, a registration error giving an incomplete title (missing “at large”) does not justify kids being punished by taking away their earned wins.

Usually I think teen hockey leagues are not on my radar. But unless one of these trainers jumped onto the ice and started playing the U16 won those games. A trainer can significantly help but the players have to be paying attention and know how to perform the actual tasks. This seems like an issue with the league's paperwork tools, and the league's follow up times. Had there been a complaint after a second or third game they needed to follow-up at that time. These leagues are prominently parent run which therefore means very peacemeal knowledge. Make it easier and have better systems to fill out the paperwork, don't punish the kids for two groups of adult's mistake.
