Sounds like an honest mistake that players and their parents couldn’t have known about. Also, could NOT have affected the outcome of the game. Only the players on the ice can do that! Let them play!

Let them play. The decision does not fit the error that had nothing to do with the kids.

Let the kids play and restore the wins. Punishing these kids hard efforts for a technicality that had no out come of the game results is completely ridiculous.

No child should be subjected to this. Let them play and force the adults to get it together.

To the GTHL officials who made this decision. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I don’t personally know any of the players on this team, but I do have children their age involved in elite sports outside of Hockey and I KNOW that all they want to do is play, and develop as athletes. You have taken that away from them- and maybe even changed the course of their journey through this sport. As one player said - they are discouraged - it is beyond ridiculous that you are punishing the athletes for what appears to be a clerical mistake. This should NEVER have happened. And I would consider, that as a league, you likely didn’t do enough to inform teams of their responsibilities. So at the end of the day, whatever mistake they made was essentially the GTHL’s fault. Also, for the team that ends up winning the playoffs because this team was not there, how can they feel good about their win when they know they didn’t play against the best of the best??? GTHL officials - Reverse your decision, and LET THEM PLAY.!!!

The MTHL has lost their way . This is a game for the kids , not for adults to ruin

If punishment is deserved, place it where it belongs, not on the players, (who were not responsible).
