The locality pay for Orlando VA is no longer comparable to the current cost of living in the area. Other private hospitals in the area have already addressed this issue with higher pay rates for their employees, which make it difficult to keep good employees in our facility. The consequence of high employee turnover is a decrease in quality of work output. Let us avoid that by keeping good employees in house by providing employment that covers their needs.
