Representative Demings, please advocate for the Orlando VHA to be included in the Florida GS locality code for Miami-Fort Lauderdale-Port St. Lucie, so we can receive the correct locality pay for our area. The cost of everything has increased in this pandemic and I would like to continue to work for my country with better pay.. Thank you.

We are losing many well qualified, valued employees to the private sector because pay increases at the VA have not kept up with the pace of the pay increases in the private sector and not to mention that the cost of living and housing has increased significantly in the central Florida area.

Please increase locality pay in the Orlando VA corporate health system! Inflation and cost of living expenses are at the ultimate high level and are not reflected in the locality pay we received for years now.

We go above and beyond for our veterans,so our pay needs to go above and beyond for us...Happy staff ,happy veteran .We deserved a pay increased so that we can see our way through better,cost of living is very high,and our pay is very low,make us happy as we make our veterans happier....
