Is there any town more perfect for Grumpy Cat then Baltimore? I think not. It's the home of curmudgeons like H.L. Mencken. It's streets are so grumpy they occasionally fall in. We've got some of the best grump in the world! Sign this petition if you think Grumpy Cat should visitBaltimore as part of the #GrumpyTownUSA contest.
