I have to admit I am truly stunned by the response to this search for change at Grey's Field. It is clear this belongs to all of you who care about our space far more than it ever belonged to me.

Absolute waste of money. Get nothing for our fee, uncontactabke and very poorly managed. Get rid ASAP
First Port do not operate ina transparent manner and getting any information out of them is extremely difficult. We have been waiting on repairs for months with the update of “we are waiting on local contractors!”. Always an excuse!
Found first port to expensive for the work provided.
I find first port to be very expensive for the maintenance supplied .
I am worried about what has happened to the slush fund.
Would like to get rid of this company, as they are next to useless
Too much money for not a lot of work being done

Ridiculous costs for very little work done. Poor management of work to be completed. Awful communication. Speed block to selling your house on. Poor work completion. The list is endless……
