I agree and support this petition. A group of women meet almost everyday at the new pool to exercise. We use bar bells an noodles. Do we have to stop that???? I live on Lavender Loop. One rule you should enforce is that children under the age of 15 are not allowed in the spa. This is for health reasons and valid. In case parents don't know, children's heart rates are much higher than adults and the temperature of the water could be harmful to their hearts. THAT is a valid reason. If you rule out something, do it for a VALID reason, not because kids are wild and their parents and/or guards can't control them. Thank you.

I think it is time to update our rules to accommodate families and children who use the pool to have fun and use pool toys and noodles they use them in every development around here except us. Is our pool for show and tell and buy here and that's it. Just keep enforcing the no glass rule at the pools.

It sure would be nice for kids to be able to play with diving toys in the pool and for residents to be able to use pool fitness equipment (kickboards, pool buoys, noodles, etc) for a lap swim!

Please allow use of floats, noodles and pool toys in our community pools. Family friendly guidelines enhance our neighborhood value.

We would like the use of pool noodles and floats rules overturned and changed to make our pool more family friendly. We bought in the neighborhood because of the family fun pools and neighborhood.

I work hard all week and on Saturdays I like to go to the pool. I enjoy laying on a raft that is the same size as my body. I stay close to the edge and out of people's way. On hot days I don't always want to have to swim or try and keep myself afloat just to cool off. I purposely bought a house in grey hawk without a pool because I thought I would be able to freely enjoy the community pools but that hasn't turned out to be the case. Please change this old rule.

We all love the amenities here in the Hawk, especially the pools. We'll do our part to be responsible & respectful if floatation devices are permitted. Bring it on.

I totally agree that these items should be allowed in both pools. It's amazing to see how many people have signed this in such a short time! PLEASE come to next month's cdd meeting and show your support in person before a decision is made to completely ban these items. #voteforthefloat

I would like it to be noted that use of toys, noodles, etc. would be good in both pools.
