Green Women's Declaration

Expelled for supporting true women.

I am signing because I believe in reality and am truly shocked at how GP support an ideology Thst medicalises and harms children and I undermines women’s rights and safety if children

I support individuals right to define themselves however they like as long as it does not undermine the hard & long fought for rights of women as a sex.

Totally agree, a person's sex should be protected as should female only clinicians and spaces just as male only speces should be too. This is not to erode trans rights but should run alongside their rights. Equality is all.

Only men have a penis. Men who put on skirts are still men.

I will not join or vote for the Green Party unless the points raised in this petition are adopted as part of GP policy and mission statement.

MEn have to accept that they are men even if they would rather be women. Anything else borders on insanity

No hesitation in signing this, surprised Green Party Women haven't organised to do this before. National legislation is gradually going this way but not quickly enough.

Having always supported the GP, I have struggled to understand how a party that is based in scientific fact can have lost its head over gender ideology. I'm signing to show support to those within the party working hard to fix this.

It's ridiculous that a party that asks to 'believe the science' is also trying to sell that people can change sex

How can it be that signing a petition for women’s and girls' safety, privacy and dignity is contentious?

I'm a member of GPEW for the last few years, and sex matters.

I am very pleased to sign this petition.

This is a reasoned and rational response to the 'Intransigents' that have shut down debate within our party. We have to respect each others differences, but many have driven out of the party for expressing perfectly reasonable opinions. I hope they may now feel able to return.

I agree with all the points in the declaration. Thank you for the clear language and unambiguity of the statement (obfuscation is always off-putting / a red flag). I find it astonishing that hard won sex based rights have to be fought for again. I will be listening, watching, and reading with interest between now and the next election. I cannot vote Green again if the Party do not fully endorse this.
