We the undersigned call on Wolverhampton City Council to allow ALL residents of the City at least one "Green Box" to recycle their household waste. We also call on Wolverhampton City Council to allow larger families multiple boxes, at no extra charge, in order that Wolverhampton can meet its recycling targets.
