People are actually listening to us and it is honestly wild to see this gain so much traction when I was just staring at a screen worrying nobody else cared about compost in the downtown district. I keep thinking about how the county insisted people wouldnt separate their waste but look at all of you proving them wrong already.

Ridiculous that we are still not composting. The restaurants go through way too much food waste to just throw it all in the regular dumpsters.
Bout time we join the 21st century. Fix this now.

My cafe would start doing this tomorrow if they let us. People are smarter than the county gives them credit for.
