I live in south scottsdale and have watched these apartment monstrosities destroy the older neighborhoods. Two have gone up in the last year and now more? Stop this. Traffic is already dangerous; the roads are overcrowded and neighborhoods like my own are turning into short cuts to avoid the density of Hayden. Is there no one on the Council who considers residents in south Scottsdale? Or cares about our neighborhoods?

Please put a stop to the density project proposals for Scottsdale. It is already way out of control.

Absolutely not!!! We already have so many new community builds in Scottsdale we are at a max capacity. Take your new development plans to the outskirts of the newer cities where you have the space.

This developer needs to go somewhere else to build. I walk straight thru that area to go to down town and ride my bike along the golf course. Stop cramming apartments in any nook or cranny in this town. We have enough.

Too many units. Where is the water coming from. Units too tall - in way of helicopters flying to Honor Health Osborn Campusl. Adding more traffic to Hayden and slowing down traffic on Hayden. Need more single family homes who are vested in Scottsdale, not people in apartments.

I voted for City of Scottsdale Council that promised to stop this sort of madness. Keep your promise, or lose my vote. We're watching!

No more apartments; no more high density buildings in South Scottsdale that hide the view of the mountains.

We aren't the West's Most Western Town--we're becoming the West's most apartment-laden town. We don't need more apartments just up the road from the two other developments recently put in.
