I've lived in south Scottsdale for 19 years now. The growth of multi-family and apartments in this area is a disgrace and it is not in the best interest of the residents or Scottsdale as a community.

NO CHANGE IN ZONING! I have lived in this area for over 60 years and went to Kindergarten at Pima School. We don't need more residents in this area. Hayden/Osborn is already a traffic hazard. Per the most recent statistics (2015/2016) Hayden Road and Osborn is the 8th worst intersection in Scottsdale-54 collisions. Scottsdale Road and Osborn is #3 with 61 collisions. There's too much traffic as it is! In addition, the current density restrictions are at 20-24 units per acre. This project is 39-41 units per acre. Keep in mind, we voted all the council members out in the last election just for this purpose.
NO TO THIS PROJECT!

I was glad to see the Informational pamphlet about the special election on November 2nd, 2021. I hope that residents see it for what it is, convoluted verbage. Please vote "NO" on November 2nd, 2021.

We don't need more residential, we need more commercial to enhance the lifestyle and quality of life for those already living in this area.

I’m a longtime resident of South Scottsdale. I fully oppose the builder’s re-zoning efforts. The green belt is the crown jewel of our neighborhood and I would hate for it to be destroyed through the development of more condos/apartments.

I live 2.7 miles from Osborn and Hayden road.
Scottsdale city council members should not be making major decisions for Scottsdale's residents. This should have been put on a ballot for the community as a whole to vote on since it will have a major impact on our daily lives.

I live less than two miles from the site, near Pima School. I strongly oppose this project. I am especially concerned about the almost 300 residential units planned for the site.
Please vote “No”!
