Stop the ridiculous amount of apartment/condo development! Think of the current residents fighting for goods and supplies at the limited grocery stores in the area. Quit chasing the almighty dollar at the expense of your constituents.

I patronize 3 of the businesses at this corner. We do not need such a dense project dumping more traffic into our area, and disrupting the businesses that are already there. STOP allowing these ridiculous projects to move forward. I live about 2 miles from this area.

I am 3 miles from the site. 85257/85251 do not need anymore condos/apartments. There are too many now being built. We need to concentrate on our permanent residents and not cater to temporary tenants. Keep this area for only retail and green space.

I travel this corner daily, and already see so many close calls with accidents.. not to mention the situation with so many unaffordable apartments for the middle class. .
Yes, the plaza is dated, but I'm sure there's other options to keep it small and low profile.

I live 0.5 miles from this location. We use the current retail frequently at Hayden/Osborn and reducing or eliminating retail at this location will be a loss for the nearby community. I'm also concerned about increased traffic in the immediate area. We've already seen an increase in traffic and accidents lately and including a large number of residential units here will increase the burden on our first responders and decrease the well-being of the local community.

I agree wholeheartedly with each reason supplied why this should not take place. I especially believe this needs to be not considered if there are approximately 7,000 new apartments already approved in Scottsdale and waiting to be built. Build all those units first which might take several years. I very much appreciate the convince specifically of the Credit Union, Office Max, and Carl's Jr in this shopping center. I live .95 miles away from this location straight down Osborn road.

I vote NO for this project. It is not in keeping with greenbelt open space, adds more congestion in the most popular old town that already has inadequate traffic infrastructure.
