Green Life City-1 defaulter devloper Arvind Banjari In Indore

Please help

I purchased one plot in green land shelters pvt ltd (plot no 580) till date i do not get any registry and possession from developer. So deceived me and closed the company. So please take necessary action for my plot refund amount.

I am giving all money to Arvind banjari green land but still not provide plot our registre

Me and my relatives purchase 5 plot in green land company. I want to return my and my relatives money.and punished arvind wanjariby govt law and order.

Sir,my son Rohit Gupta purchased a plot at Indore in Greenland shelter pvt.ltd whose director Arvind vanjari recently in mhow jail .Rohit paid RS. 5 lakhs for the plot but plot not given to him he also file complaint in RERA INDORE.pl do needful thanks Mob No 9425001758

Plot no: 598, green life city-1, plot size-1000, contract amount-390000, given till date-286849 ( dated-16/11/2011), but still no possession received not even money received. Please help to get justice.

I have a bought a plot no 469 in green life city at shiv nagar khalda khada from Arvind Vanjar. Director of green life shelter pvt Ltd. But he has cheated us .not provided any plot Arvind vanjari is in mhow Jain right now

I have also purchased 1 plot from Greenlife shelters in 2013 for rs. 3,06,000 and after 3 yrs as per agreement held with company received cheque of rs. 6,48,000 under buyback scheme. Unfortunately this cheque got bounced in bank. This company cheated me and persons like me. Some legal action should be done and our invested money must be refunded to us. Eagerly waiting for the same....
