Green Life City-1 defaulter devloper Arvind Banjari In Indore

We need either plot or money back from him.

My father Late Dr. Anant Oza executed a sale agreement in the year 2013 with Arvind Vanjari for purchasing of Plot No. 1070 sizing 750 sq.ft. in the colony Greenlife City 1 to be developed by him in Rupees 3,82,500/-. The said amount was deposited by my father in one go. Meanwhile, as per the agreement Arvind Vanjari was supposed to find develop his proposed township and after receiving full agreed amount of the plot, he had to give ownership and make registry of the said plot in favour of me. But till date, no registry is made, nor there is development of any kind seen on the said land. The colonizer is a sheer cheater and fraud. He obviously cheated me and my others. The Government Officials/ Legal Authorities should now seize his property not letting him for any further sale and should repay the plot owners.

I also bought a plot in greenland.please help me for possession or my money back.

I have purchased a plot size of 1000 sq.feet from Mr.Arvind Vanjari in the name of my wife Mrs Bhavana Waghmode in year 2011 at Green Land shelters pvt ltd. @ Shiv Nagar near Tejaji square, Indore city. I have paid my full payment along with Registry/ maintenance & other all other charges & also compiled cases to all legal authorities but no one has response to give plot nor money . I requested you to hear my case along with all affected plot holder of this township and to take strict lgal action upon him and others persons who are involved with him & to allot plots to affected persons.

I took a plot from Arvind Banjari @ Greenland khandawa road Indore but after payment of 90% he run away and neither provided the plot nor return the money.

I have purchased plot and I have pay all payment but still now I not got plot and its registry then I have completed on rera..

My plot is also in the same project.
