Women before me fought hard to win these rights. We must protect them.

Good to see this.

Thank you for this declaration - legislators need to know that women will not stand by and watch our rights being stripped away!

This is the main reason why I reluctantly cannot bring myself to join the Green party or vote for them. There are so many good policies that I agree with but the Greens attitude towards the right of biological women to keep their hard won places of safe female only spaces appalls me.

I am no longer a member of the Green Party because of their TWAW stance, and will not rejoin unless they change to welcome people with gender critical perspectives.

Thank gawd not all Greens think women are 'non transwoven'. I know - I didn't believe it at first either.

I've campaigned for and supported the Green Party in previous years, but this issue is driving me away as a voter. Recognising the biological reality of human sexual dimorphism is not hate speech, and neither is having legitimate questions about safeguarding for women and children following the dreadful Aimee Challenor case. Women's rights must be upheld. It's not left-wing or progressive to go backwards on this issue and forget so easily WHY many of our single-sex provisions (like appropriate toilet spaces and women-only domestic violence refuges) had to be created in the first place.

Scottish Greens policy is that if you question their mantra trans women are women the you don’t belong in the Party I wonder how many have been chucked out?

The prioritization of gender ideology over women's sex based rights and needs prevents me voting Green. Aimee Challenor should have been a wake up call.

The Greens have called women 'non-trans women' and were more keen to vaunt Challenor than listen to us - we know about Safeguarding children and women's rights and that's what we want to uphold. It's shameful how the Greens have behaved - Orwellian. We struggle to vote for such an irrational, anti-science stance. Campaign for services and spaces for transidentifying people. Campaign for acceptance of gender non-conformity. But don't IMPOSE your beliefs and your male bodies on women.

I support this declaration wholeheartedly, but the Green Party supports gender self-ID, which if passed means that women and girls as a sex will no longer exist!

Sex matters. Gender identity is indefinable but sex is a biological reality and we must uphold sex-based rights.

Women's sex based rights must be protected. These are rights based on biology not on gender!

It's about time the Greens took notice of women and listened to their point of view. They are losing the plot as well voters because of their anti women stance.

Sex and gender are two separate things. Sex as a protected characteristic must be upheld in sport and when providing services to women.

While there are 'bad men' women need safe spaces. I want to vote green... but cant.
