Sy isteri kpd pekerja Tmr Lc dan ibu kpd 3org ank yg msih kcil,msing bru berumur 7y- 3y.. Jika nak sgt d jalan Green Bubble ni knp terus scope pd 3@ 6bulan terus? Sedangkan kerajaan nak buat Pkp pon try 2minggu dulu, dan bru disambung ke 2mggu seterusnye.. Pekerja Tmr bukan sje ad tgjwb pd company saje, diorg pon ad tgjwb sbgai suami dan ank bile tamat waktu bekerja.Harap pihak Hr menimbang tara semula langkah Green Bubble yg hendak d jalankn selama long term.. Tq

Sy x setuju.. bkn krn “Village Mind” tp kena pertimbangkan semula apa kebaikan & keburukan yg akan terjadi.. sbg cth family yg ada ank.. kesian ank2 jd mangsa keadaan.. masing2 ada tanggungjawab lain slps waktu bekerja.. diharap pertimbangkan permasalahan ini dgn sewajarnya..

This is just ridiculous! I did not married someone who has to go to and leave his family this long and leave me to take care of our young children and with one who needs care and therapy! this is just insane! where is your HR team? have they not assess the negative impact/depression not just for the worker but his family as well! for goodness sake, how can your HR even consider this! its not like he is being paid like an offshore person! where is the compensation if anything happens to his family while he is away? someone sick? dies? depressed? goodness. Never heard of a company that does not think this through!
