We believe that the best way to create a sense of neighborhood in Heritage Greens is to support smart Commercial Development. This means that a group of residents will be elected to become members of an architectural review committee. This committee will ensure that commercial buildings integrate well with our neighborhood, that commercial development will promote walking, and community but will be designed in a way to be separated from single family residential, and that we will work in collaboration with Bright Keys--the developer to find common solutions that protect our property values and promote the success of our neighborhood.
