I agree with the statement of this petition. We moved to GS recently, in January of 2017 and Homeside Properties has been extremely slow to our inquires. Additionally I do not believe they're holding vendors to the same standards that the homeowners themselves would. My hope is that Landeavor evaluates the current state of our HOA and makes the necessary adjustments to help this neighborhood thrive and become prosperous for the investors and the homeowners alike.

My wife and three children chose this community 7 years ago because of how beautiful the community was and that was even during the downfall of the economy . Every year the community landscaping has gone down hill yet our HOA fees increase and excuses of why the grass does not grow are endless . The Spring and summers in Atlanta are hot yet the Pool season opens late and closes early. Because of this I am putting a pool in the backyard but still pay for Pool that is not kept up, Landscaping that is looks like you are entering a trailer park and a HOA that doesn't communicate because they are too busy trying to meet their HOA violations quota. CHANGE NEEDS TO HAPPEN hopefully our voice will be heard.
