As 12-year residents of Horizon Peaks POD, we've enjoyed EVERYTHING about Great Sky except the HOA Management's lack of attention to important details, like landscape beautification, common area maintenance, and enforcement of vacant lot upkeep. Instead, so many of our friends and neighbors get nasty-grams for minor covenant infractions.
Chief complaint: Our dues seem to go up each year and the maintenance seems to go down.
My wife and I look forward to working with our new owners and management team to make this another award-winning community.

We live in the back section of Southern Lights and generally have knee high grass on the common areas before it is cut. We bought in late November of 2015 so had no idea this area was fairly ignored unless it is by people riding around to send you letters that may not even apply to your house. The pool area and bathrooms are so filthy it's pathetic. Walking paths are unusable. I certainly don't see that I am getting value for my dues in this area. I love the location and the neighborhood but it's not fair in paying and not getting services as indicated in the contract.

I also agree with this. It's our neighborhood we should have a say in the pool dates and hours.

I've just recently moved to Thundering Hills neighborhood in February but have been visiting Great Sky since my parents purchase of their home over 12 years ago & I'm lucky to be neighbors with my brother & family too. I definitely have seen a decline in the maintenance of this beautiful community and would love to see it restored back to the original beauty it has been in the past.

I agree with this petition.
A couple of my main concerns is that I have lived in this community going on 14 years and have never been able to use the upstairs club house and also we can no longer use the lower room of the club house for parties. Instead the upstairs is a sales office not a club house so when you move into the community you should not be told we have a club house by the pool. Also not the hours of the pool but when the pool opens for the season. Several communities in our area open their pools beginning to the middle of May.

We have lived in Great Sky since grading our lot in 2002. We strongly believe the current setup - Advisory Board / Management Co. / Developer has not represented or had the common interest of the majority of the residents as their objective. I am glad to sign a petition for change.
