The massive surge of support proves that CBS cannot simply erase the prestige of live theatre from our screens. They thought they could sweep the Tony Awards under the rug but we are making it impossible for them to ignore our outrage.

Let’s celebrate theatre by looking back at the best tony award moments. Not some movie that teaches that you should change for some guy.
In this time, we the live theater performance workers need to continue to acknowledge our peers. Why stop that? Your sing-along can happen another night. Let us have our award show and our night to celebrate the work done
