The increase in public interest has signaled a shift in how this case is being perceived. Legal counsel is currently preparing a formal letter to the parole board that incorporates the arguments raised here.

After studying information concerning this case; I don't believe Mr Hose is a pedophile and besides this one incident, there is no pattern of that behavior. He was working at a Middle school setting at the time of his arrest, which would've provided him a ready supply of victims, yet he never took advantage of this. So I believe he used horrible judgement a t that time. His motives may have been sincere but judgement was off.
Really,i say keep him in jail. People like him CANNOT be rehabilitated. You ask how i know,well i was in prison for burglary & seen first hand how pedophiles act in prison, away from the public eyes, and let me tell you they are disgusting, sick people. Not to mention the fact that he received much less time than i did. Mr. Hose is where he belongs & should stay there unless Mceesport wants rapist/pedophile on their streets.
Just finished the documentary. Was he wrong for what he did? Definitely, no questions asked. Does what he did make him a pedophile? Certainly; a 14 yo girl is still a child. However, is Tanya's story even remotely believable? Hell no. Is it really possible that a 24 yo woman could've made this all up and gotten people put in jail if it weren't true? Of course, it happens all the time.
He should rot in jail for what he did to a CHILD. He was more than twice her age and should have sent her straight home or called the authorities. He manipulated this young lady, regardless of her past. At the very least he should do his 15 years. Chances are he will prey on another child as soon as he is released.
All of you who are supporting the release of Tom hose are either completely STUPID in the most literal sense of the word OR are also paedophiles deep down as you sympathise with him. You need to see a shrink you sick sick people. Are any of you educated in incidences of re-offending? Served his time my ASS. Excuse the language. US judicial system is a joke when you look at cases like these. Go through something like this first then see how quick you are to say release this pathetic waste of space. Idiots!

Tanya is a lying hoe. All she want is money and attention. Lock up true criminals. Even a certified therapist said she lied. Know the difference between real sex offenders and men who are lured by white trash.
