Also, a Property Code of Conduct should have been presented in hand by the Property Firm (Listing Out all of the Rules that cannot be Violated by the Tenants), and it should have been SIGNED and DATED by the Property Firm and the Tenant in order that this could be allowable and plausible in a Court of LAW, if not, it should have been omitted/tossed out of Legal Court Evidence. I am praying for all parties involved with the Delbridges case that there can be clarity and fairness in communication with complete disclosure and explanation of the $50.00 fee,. Was this charge a increase in rent because lease was extended during eviction process to cover those costs?, Either way they need a explanation and housing council and provisions made for them to transition to a new home.If it is stated in Lease no smoking in bld , hallways or within 25 feet of bld, or no disposal of garbage besides where LL provides, pls show these article to the Delbridges then answer why the Housing Authority told them to withhold their portion of the rent? Rule number #1 all people on Housin know is Never withhold any portion of the rent, I pray this family gets the help they need
