Eviction should be reserved for those who refuse to follow the rules. The Delbridges have tried to correct this problem. It is not a major a problem it is only a misunderstanding to leave them without a home, without good legal help is morally reprehensible..

I am asking the court and whoever else is involved in this decision to please stop this action. Your reasons are unwarranted and totally unfair to this family who are already living in hardship. Why would you do this when these tenants DID PAY THE FINE FOR THE ORIGINAL REASONS FOR EVICTION EVEN THOUGH THOSE ALLOCATIONS WERE UNFOUNDED TO BEGIN WITH. AS IT WAS NOTED THERE WERE NO "NO SMOKING" SIGNS POSTED AND THE CARDBOARD BOX COULDN'T FIT INTO THE TRASH DUMPSTER, WHERE WERE THEY SUPPOSED TO PUT IT? THESE REASONS FOR EVICTION ARE DOWNRIGHT UNREASONABLE AND UNJUST. YOU ARE PUTTING THESE PEOPLE INTO TOTAL SURVIVAL JEOPARDY IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD. PLEASE IN GOD'S NAME AND SALVATION FOR ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE DISABLED THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, DROP THE EVICTION NOTICE AND LET THESE PEOPLE CONTINUE TO SURVIVE THE BEST THEY CAN. PLEASE HAVE A HEART OF DECENCY AND FAIRNESS.

Reprehensible yet not surprising behavior in the part of the Housing Authority. These people need their home! Do not proceed with eviction!

This family needs their home. Have a heart and do not force them to depart.
