Much better than a boring old Taxi and certainly would be a huge attraction to the tourists, and locals I expect.

this needs to be available in westward ho. stop hiding behind red tape and do something positive to encourage people to visit!! my kids would love this!!

My son would live this don't see why you would need to get taxi licence you allowed to ride horse with out a licence and I swear this is same thing
