Senator Sanders has enhanced the tone and substance of the presidential campaign more than any other candidate. New York Democrats should not be deprived of the right to vote for a true fighter.

In fairness to the democratic electoral process Bernie Sanders should not be barred from the NY primary ballot. To do so would be seen as stacking the deck in favor of Hillary Clinton and could cause her to lose support in other state primaries.

I am supporting Hillary, but I believe the race will be closer than anyone expected, and to avoid any appearance of illegitimacy or blindly rote procedural maneuvering would be in strong support of making sure that all legitimate candidates are included in the primary, thank you.
