We are currently finalizing the paperwork with our legal counsel to ensure his status remains secure while the sponsorship application proceeds. Hello family and friends
We are asking for your sympathy to sign a petition to grant Jasvir husband of Harit Nagra and Father to Ashleen Takhar to stay in Canada until his sponsorship application decision comes in. He has been asked to leave Canada and return to India. The reason for this is a refused Refugee case filed prior and a approved sponsorship case in 2012. A mistake was made by his previous legal representation (proof accompanied) and now a new application is pending and until then we require time for him to stay here in Canada. He will leave behind his daughter of 21 months and his wife. We will need to sell our house and business of which calculates nearly $500,000+. A fact of which his wife will not be able to afford. If you agree to this injustice please sign and demand a stay from Canadian Border Services Associations. We have dearly requested and pleaded to our local Municipal offices, CBSA and to the associate's to consider our request and they denied us. Please sign this petition to save our family as circumstances in India are unreliable and have no time frame for Jasvir to return back to Canada as injustice will done to him in India. I've seen many families, and family members, fall apart when a spouse/parent is sent back to his/her original country. Canada thrives on its immigrants, and to send one back after creating a life and home here due to a human error (and that, at the fault of someone else) is a terrible thing to do.
this is simply wrong to ruin a family over a simple mistake. If the father of the child is in absolutely no threat to society why is he being forced to leave the country and his wife and kids.
We have known the family for many years we are very good family friends, I can highly sympathise with Jasvir as I am aware his family mean the world to him please consider him to remain with his loved ones until his application is considered
As a citizen my opinion must matter and I totally disagree with the whole decision of deporting Jasvir Singh back to India knowing that he will be leaving behind 21 months old baby girl whom needs her father guidens as well as her mothers.
Jasvir is a hard working person and great husband to Harit and a amazing father to his daughter Ashleen, he`s been living in Canada for over 5 years working hard paying taxes and contributing to Canada, CBSA can you please consider Jasvir case so his daughter will have both her parents bringing her up.

I am shocked with this bad news. I strongly support this petition and request Govt of Canada to allow this family live together as the family unification has been the main objective of Canada immigration.
