Promoting a dress code like this promotes an inherently sexist set of values disguised in "tradition." Not dope

Having a dress code is totally absurd because if clothing can be distracting enough to a person from performing their best academically, they need to check themselves. Clothing is a form of self expression, and speaking for the girls in schools, clothing is not worn to attract attention from others.

I'll sign this petition just because I enjoy anarchy.
But I also want to see us, the student body, clash with the staff, and despite some of us are acting like adults and going about this situation properly by making a petition, regardless of how many signatures we get, the dress code is NOT going away. We live in a democracy, but in school we are in a dictatorship. Have fun needlessly struggling.

I don't think someone's education should be interrupted during school just for the sake of other students, especially when the students can actually care less about if someone's belly button is showing or not.

As a student who attends vaas, I can say we don't have any problems of students getting "distracted" by irrational body part exposure. We don't have a strict dress code and we all appreciate it very much and I would like all the people at Granada to be able to wear what they want. Good luck guys!

I'm glad this is finally being addressed. I know I'm a guy ,but I've seen many senseless and illogical detentions handed out time after time by administrators who's names shall rename silent. I hope that this brings attention to the ongoing problem at GHCHS.

when they can cut our arms and legs off so they're all the same length for every person then dresscode might be kinda almost fair but until then

It's illogical to dress code girls for showing having their bra straps and belly buttons show. It's not like we don't know that girls wear bras and that every one has a belly button.......
