I'm all for this, i go to a free dress school in Aus and we successfully got rid of the dress code for girls

Dress code is a sexist set of rules. Basically allowing guys to wear whatever they want and girls to have to show no skin.

I don't like it because I can't wear shorts in the summer time and it hurts cuz I sweat in the summer with jeans.

THANKS MOMMY!!! :) I am so thankful to have you and daddy supporting me in this journey toward success. You have always told me that I can be anything I want to be and do anything I set my mind to with God by my side, and that is exactly what I've done. Without you guys, I do not think this would have ever been possible and words will never explain how much I love you and thank god everyday to have both of you in my life! You are my true role models that I look up to everyday

I was dress coded and given detention because my shoulder was showing a little too much. If a boy cant learn to keep his dick in his pants thats not my problem

I'm an alumni, class of 2014. I am so happy to see current GHCHS students pushing for a change that I always wanted to see.
It's 2016. Time to stop punishing women for wearing what THEY WANT TO WEAR. Time to start focusing on the real problems. Women are not objects! What a woman puts on in the morning has NOTHING to do with anyone but her. It is not permission to be looked at, nor to be harassed by a school dean. Ridiculous. A hemline does not indicate anything about a woman's intelligence, her social standing, or her rights. Live and let live. This dress code is teaching women to be scared. Teaching women that they will be punished (perhaps by a man) for a bra strap slipping or for their skirt length. It's disgusting!
