Graduation is more than a ceremony. .it is a recondition of accomplishment. .a moment to be proud of. ..to be shared by graduates and those they love and those who love them. A moment of glory for all.

Couldn't agree more! The students, their most important supporters deserve a more welcoming environment for this one of the most significant ceremonies to them. Also, I would suggest that Case provides more accommodations for international students' parents. Last year during my own ceremony, when we walked with cohorts as a big group and met many other big groups on our way to the gym, and guests have to be seated in another section of the gym, I worried my parents would get lost. I would suggest more signs of direction written in different language and more volunteers who can speak other launguages can assist the ceremony!

Case has the resources. Especially with growing future class sizes, this level of neglect by the administration (among other failures) can't continue.

Please consider either a larger venue or awarding diplomas in reasonable groupings so that the culmination of success can be witnessed by those closest to us.

I graduated last year and the ceremony was a disaster. I had family that were forced to wait outside IN THE RAIN before even going into the televised location. Ridiculous.

Very important our whole family attend our daughter's graduation. Lots of sacrifice to keep her there all 4 years.

As an alumni of CWRU, my big family came to support me and congratulate me for all of my hard work, but had to experience my graduation via TV screen. It's about time CWRU stepped up their graduation ceremony game so that families and friends can properly support the hardworking, dedicated students for overcoming so many obstacles and coming out on top. I support this wholeheartedly!

I've had hotel rooms reserved for my family members for over a year, which I had to cancel once I found out about the ticket limit. Even though I received an extra ticket through the raffle, I still had to break the news to my Aunt and Uncle that they couldnt see the ceremony in person. Additionally, it makes no sense that you can bring only 2 people to Commencement but 3 people to the Diploma ceremony, when both events are held at the same venue. My disabled father still has now has to make the treck from one of the Alternate viewing areas to Veale to see me get my Diploma, just so that my lderly grandmother wont have to make that walk herself. Its utterly disgraceful that I have to prioritze which of the people who've supported me through the years gets the Privelage of seeing me achieve my goals.

I don't understand how a university would so much money could possibly hold a graduation at a sports center and LIMITED 2 TICKETS. We worked hard to get here and we want to end on a good note...please try harder...

Our entire family is traveling from Texas to attend graduation. The five hour block of time we will be on campus is the only experience the majority of the members of our family will ever have with CWRU. Sitting in a gym watching a tv screen is not going to leave them with a good impression of Case Western. Please find another venue for 2017 Graduation where we can all enjoy it live.

Go hold it down on the green at the Botanic Gardens. Come on students and their families pay alot of money to attend there. Please spend that money and get a bigger venue to support those larger families.

I support 98% of this petition, but 2 ceremonies is just going to add to the issue. Am I going to need a ticket to watch my best friend graduate if she's in the first half of the alphabet and I'm in the second?

What does someone do if they have siblings. I would be so upset if my little sister couldn't join in on my big day. This rule needs to be changed.
