You are most likely right as Mr. Bryd did not attend a single athletic banquet all year. Not a one. He has no school spirit and he encourages mediocrity and ignorance.

That is just WRONG Chandler and I am so sorry for you and fellow band members! CONGRATULATIONS on your win! No one works harder than the band does- and you deserve more recognition and honors than you have received. Mr. Byrd has consistently shown that he has no school spirit and cares more about restrictive rules and running this school like a prison. He should be promoting excellence and camaraderie- not mediocrity and ignorance.

Why wouldn't you want to recognize the students who have worked so hard for these accomplishments?

When there's no prize or honor for working hard, people stop working so hard.

We are all created equally. However at times people make incredible achievements in their lives and should be recognized. It doesn't make the rest of feel bad about ourselves, it is encouraging.

I want to see my sister recognized for her hard work. These past four years have been brutal to her and she deserves some recognition for making it out in the top 10 of her class.

I wasn't even high honors or honors when I graduated in 2014. But the students who worked exetremely hard to earn their class rank, should be recognized. This is ridiculous.
