To Epic Games Incorporated: This petition is to bring to your attention a glitch or bug that has plagued the Gears of War community for the past several months. As of this writing, Epic Games Inc. has made no official acknowledgment of the issue despite multiple posts on their official web forums (forums.epicgames.com). This glitch or bug currently prevents a large number of gamers from unlocking the \'Seriously..\' achievement. In the description of this achievement on Xbox.com, it states that the achievement will unlock when a player has tallied up a total of 10, 000 (ten thousand) kills in versus ranked match (with the exception of the Annex multiplayer mode). Despite this description, a significant amount of gamers are not unlocking the achievement when they have reached total of 10, 000 kills. Many players have hundreds or even thousands of more kills above the required amount and the achievement continues to not unlock. Despite the issue of the achievement not unlocking, this petition\'s purpose is mainly to demand official acknowledgment of the achievement issue by Epic Games Inc. Whether Epic Games Inc. is currently unaware of the issue or are in fact aware and refuse to respond to a growing number of concern on their web forums and in the gaming community in general, we, the undersigned, demand that Epic Games Inc. simply acknowledge the present issue and make amends to correct the problem.
