yes this needs to stop

If grandparents put their grandchildren's feeling's, health and concerns above their selfishness those grandparents deserve visitation and in some cases custody! The child or children are top priority!

Good Luck. Hoping Michigan changes laws also. I have been denied rights to show my Grandson how much love is in our hearts for him since my son died. My son was a victim of domestic violence and now my Grandson is has been denied rights to his daddies family. So sad for all these children! Beat wishes to the Grandparents and families!

We need our grandchildren just as they need us!!!

We deserve respect for all we do to help these children who then break our hearts by keeping us from our grandchildren..

Alienation and estrangement are child and elderly ABUSE. Please sign this position. There are many if us in MN who are in this abusive situation and not by choice. Please sign.

Grandparent alienation hurts children and grandparents. All children should be able to be loved by grandparents and partake in family that gives children roots and history. Grandparents love unconditionally and allow children to belong.

Grandparent Alienation is a huge world wide blight in todays society, used to punish loving parents and grandparents for all the wrong reasons.

Alabama did it, now it's time for Minnesota to do it.

Society has changed our young people's mindset. They don't feel family is important anymore. I helped raise my granddaughter and now because my daughter is angry, she has used my granddaughter as a pawn and alienated us. Please help our courts to realize grandparents and grandchildren who have had loving relationships belong together for visitations.

I remember growing up, how I adored my grand mothers, didn't know my grand fathers because they had passed before I was born. But I am a better person for knowing them, my grand daughters are with their father and because they don't like me, and my daughter only sees them when it is convenient for her they are being kept away from me.

We only have them for a short time. The poor choices of their mother or father should not be held against innocent children or their grandparents who love them. The more people that can love a child in their life, helps to give them a strong foundation to grow. Please seriously consider this. Thank you

Alienating children from loving grandparents is child abuse.
