Maine is one of only a few states that does not allow Sunday hunting. There is no sensible reason not to allow for it. It will add revenue to the state.

I think hunting on Sundays should be allowed because I feel it would encourage more fathers to teach their children how to hunt because it may give them a few extra days to put the effort into. I feel like some people get discouraged from hunting because they have other priorities during the week, and do not feel like they would get a productive season with just the few Saturdays we are given to hunt.

an old law that is no longer serving the purpose that it was originally written for. no need of it. this is about rights. time for Maine to get with the times.

at least make it Maine residents only, and I know a few people that stopped hunting cause can't during the week and it's a lot of money to only hunt on Saturday

working shitwork I only have 2 weekends off in november. being able to hunt 2 more days would be great.

A friend of mine is a Maine guide and says he loses business to other states like NH because they want the whole weekend to hunt

i agree what about us people who work thru the week and can't get out no hunting on sunday takes away 50% of our hunting season open up sunday hunting
yes get rid of this stupid law and let every one to hunt on sunday if they want it cost enough for the license it makes sence to do this .
I agree on hunting on Sundays most of us work all week long and only have weekends to hunt so I'd like my weekends to hunt
