They are the most unhelpful company I've every dealt with. When I cancelled my service with them because I was moving I paid over $300 for that. But the worst part is that they never came to retrieve equipment before my move out day and now they are saying they don't have their modem and are charging me $600. I've asked to speak to supervisors for help and they refused to connect me to any. Worst company ever. And I could never use my internet if it rained!!

But the worst part is that they never came to retrieve equipment before my move out day and now they are saying they don't have their modem and are charging me $600. I've asked to speak to supervisors for help and they refused to connect me to any. Worst company ever. And I could never use my internet if it rained!!

They slow the service . They offer up to 10MBPS up lucky if I get one . Last bill was 110.68 was over by 32.? GIG for 69.99 stream ,mthly use 20.00 rental 15.00 been with them since June 2015 that modem should have been paid by now. Was told my bill would be 64.99 a mth for a full year. They are liars . They say in their add fast reasonable internet for rural area's . Not so bunch of crooks.

my speed is .04 kps when I signed for a 3mbps at 80 month,now xplornet wants me to pay a cancellation fee for the service they did not provide,

If they really believed in their service, they would have a cancel anytime for no fee, Or tie the cost of the service to the average throughput on each tower at peak times. If the package id $80 for 10Mbps, and the Peak avg was 0.62, then the fee for the month would be $4.96. In other words, only pay for what you receive.

Grow up move to the city and stop crying that you as an adult signed up for a service that you hoped was something other than what it was. Internet access isn't a human right it's a frill.

So you signed up for a wireless internet provider without reading the terms or service? Or are you thinking that you should get DSL or fibre op in the middle of nowhere? move to he city and stop whinning.

I too have nothing even remotely good to say about this dishonest enterprise.
I am on my 3 month and the speeds are ridiculously slow. Heavy trottling of data. Voip ability is non existing, Skype is unuseable with so called 4G.

5 times slower than max speed advertised when all is well. This is governement subsidised ripoff of rural Canadians.
