Government Needs To Stop Xplornet Communications Inc.

Sat service is horrible. Not a viable service to be offering the public. Modern websites fail due to latency that comes with Sat communications. Lots of system outages. Spend more time with technical support than would seem to be reasonable.

We had horrible service for years and they always blame the customer. Most agents are terrible. We spend hundreds of dollars to change to NetSet and now we’re back to XplonOt. Terrible company and I feel cheated.

Under absolutely perfect conditions the best speed I can muster is 14 megs during slow hours. During peaks my connection is mostly unusable although I have pretty near a zero dB loss on my signal to the tower. It is sad indeed that in a lot of cases my upload speed exceeds my download speed.

Our only option unfortunately. Terrible customer service and the actual internet is either throttled back or doesn't work due to "trees obstructing the signal" or "sun glare" or " cloud cover". I currently need my dish realigned and their closest tech is almost 300 km away. I would have to pay for mileage...both ways. Just so frustrated and they just keep taking my money!!

Had way less than par service for over 11 years feom them. Unfortunately they are the only service available to me and they know it

Overpriced...ridiculous lack of connectivity....service sucks...waited twice ,for 7 days, for tech to show up in the past 2 months

The 25 Mbps package is no where near the speeds I'm actually getting, etiher find another provider that can deliver, or let the counties setup their own internet services for the public good.

I agree! Bunch of thieves they are, selling you something that does not work! I am very tempted to eat crow and call Bell back with an apology, then beg Bell to take me back!!!

Rogers was caught throttling speeds in 2006, ( I believe ). It was stopped by the government; if it can be done to Rogers. It can be done to Xplornet

These people are selling a service they KNOW they cannot provide.

Satellite 120$ CAD 250 at 500 Ko/s For 100 GO....ouffffff ! >:( All bad time outside = No Signal For me, it's a scamer and get user paiement for growing what ?? They have put me in serious problem for the last 9 year taking all bunch of money out every month averaging 500 month because in the country we had no other option at all and we meed internet for my 4 kids for schooling they take hughe advantage on poeple charging them per data and the speed was never what they said it is we had speed of 0.98 instead of 15. It is so bad we had to move because od them.. this company should not exist there robbers and liars. Shut them dowm. Or get my money back 500 a month times 12 for 9 years.

I find them not giving the service u pay for also they should give unlimited download.

Paid for 10mbit, got 0.3 mbit most days. Was not enough to watch netflix.
