Xplornet is corrupted and they never try to help me fix anything. 95% of the time they tell me the weather is bad or to unplug my router

I was a previous dissatisfied customer. Rural residents have little to no choice. Why is the government allowing this to chave ntinue?

Cancelled our Xplornet service when we moved last summer and learnt they didn't service our new area. They then withdrew three more months of service charges from our bank account after cancelling, and then sent a final invoice for another $222.00 (cancellation fee plus another 17 days of service charges) postmarked 2017/12/28, followed by a collection notice on 2018/01/02. Attempted numerous times to resolve this issue with them, and was refused a refund. Complete fraud. The only satisfaction I got was mailing them $222.00 worth of pocket change in a box to cover the final invoice.

Tired of Internet being down or slow when I need it. I need the same level of service city people get, for the same price.

being held hostage by poor service or higher prices when my service provider was bought out and Xplornet throttled down speed so there is no internet most times.

We have chronic issues with download speed. Even YouTube videos cannot keep up most days. Netflix is out of the question.

Internet speed goes up and down like a yo-yo causing corrupted files. Within a minute goes from MB to 2/kbs then up and down. Only time to get any real speed is in early morning even then problems yo-yo wise.

Uphold me to LTE network and was worse than previous servious. I use a voip phone and couldn’t understand my callers it broke up so badly. Repeated calls to tech support just had me continually resetting my modem to no avail. Always slowed at peak times. They did nothing to resolve these issues, telling me there wasn’t any congestion on the tower.

worst ISP in the entire world, xplornet is run by a criminal organization which was chased out of the usa by lawsuits. they changed their company name and now prey on their latest victims... canadians

I'll probably be found dead of a heart attack lying on the floor trying to reset my modem for the 1000th time that day tring to check my email.
