Government Needs To Stop Xplornet Communications Inc.

Xplornet needs to reimburse Canadians for paying services they did not receive.

Xplornet is not a good provider.

This company does not deliver what they sell yet they take payments month after month year after year regardless.

We need more competition for Xplorenet. Xplorenet has horrible service that is often below 2mb/s

This company owes MILLIONS of dollars to the people they blatantly rip off day to day.

5 years of garbage service signal and horse

Just awful, slows down to .5 mbps in the evenings god awful

We have a small business pkg. Internet goes out daily Noon-1pm., and after 4 pm. Signal drops mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Needless to say, doing business online is tough with Xplornet.

I have internet and phone If the internet isn't working neither is my phone and it's an everyday problem

We need all the signatures we can get Xplormet needs to be stopped

We've had awful internet and terrible service for many years. Even went without any when my kids didn't need internet for school, rather than pay the ridiculous price for (often) unusable service and the stress of trying to get them to do repairs

Xplornet boasts about high speed internet and that is an outright lie.There business model takes full advantage of the "Up to " and exploits all of their customers with greatly reduced speeds that are far from their advertised plans.You will notice that after 30 days ( they dont throttle you until after your locked in to contract) that all of your data will be cut back to almost dialup at times with the absolute max at 25 % .Far from what they want you to believe.Xplornet is my only choice the only reason I put up with them is I have a gun to my head.Plain and simple.Give me an option and I am gone.

They may be alright if they didn't keep overloading their system all comes down to profits and the hell with the customer

This is the worst internet provider I've ever seen or heard of

Twice the cost and a tenth the speed of town internet! Lied about speed when I signed up, lied about speed increase with a new satellite, don't have a topographical map showing that my place is surrounded by LTE towers, with smaller mountains blocking them!

They do not provide what they say they will and set all kinds of barriers to you cancelling their services even when you have fulfilled contract

New dish, new router, increased package..$100 per month. Can't watch you tube, Can't watch Netflix unless a two hour movie is three hours with loads and interruptions. They do nothing and won't send a technician to check dish. Do not reply to my responses on the feedback form. Shaw is no different. Crooks, liars.
