Extremely bad service, no support, shameful price

Absolutely horrid service. An embarrassment. False advertising, bait and switching, overcharging, outrageous cancellation fees. Should not be allowed to conduct business in this country.

Internet is unreliable, a simple Amazon transaction cannot even be completed without timing out. Alexa music skips and freezes, Netflix is out of the question as is Pinterest browsing. All this for $100 a month and waiting a half hour on the phone to get through to anyone only to be demeaned.

We need reliable internet not these lying thieves

Company does not come close to any standard of service from day 1. Slower than dialup without the reassurance of the connection sound.

Xplornet sucks a lot hope they get a lawsuit or something and also it sucks a lot and they false advertise about they’re speeds. And in conclusion Xplornet just sucks a lot

Terrible service paying for high speed getting dial up they have even admitted to over selling what they can provide

Long time back, there was a ISP called Reztel, they where not the best, but they gave you what you paied for. then they got bought by Xplornet... Nothing has been good since.. You only get your "True Speed" at 1AM - 7 AM where you gont get your full 5mbps, you just get an extra 200kbps. After 7 PM to 10 PM EVERY DAY!!!!!! throttles down to just over 200 kbps. Im Paying $70+ a month and they REFUSE TO HELP ME. i got 20$ off my bill to get it to this point, and im connecting RIGHT NOW at 7.9 kbps and they tell me pritty much "That sucks" - but thanks for your money! First time i hear Class Action Lawsuit, Im in. this is rediclious abuse on customers. Hell they even openly admitted on a website that i found back in i think 2015, they prioritized PORN sites! as long as you get your PORN you ont care.... right?..... Worst W-ISP ever.... I call for a Class Action Lawsuit on them if anyone wants to , im down.

Since Xplornet took over Netset Communications, the service call booking experience has been decimated. 24-48 HOURS to BOOK a repair for burned out radio! It used to be I could have it fixed in that time, now I need to wait for a phonecall to BOOK?!? There's no alternative in southern Manitoba that isn't satellite(except for a local outfit with a tiny footprint far away from me). This is what my Government dollars built(grant money 3X)... sad
