Please open businesses! We are all wearing masks and washing hands and distancing just like all the big businesses that you allow to be open...please open all businesses

Let me decide what is and what is not safe, not you and a few authortarians. Thanks.

I think it's unfair to have a blanket shut-down of businesses where there's no known outbreak and where they've done everything asked of them, and more, to ensure the safety of their customers.

This wonderful shop has made it possible for me to not have a 3rd back surgery. It is the cleanest, safest location I go! Very carefully run.

I am 85 years old and have been attending Lonna Mosow’s Center for Mind/Body Finess for 30 years. It is an impeccably clean, professional studio. Sanitizers are available through out the facility, masking is required at all times, equipment is sanitize after each use and no more than 4 students are allowed for a 45 minute class. These unique, specialized studios play an important role in keeping their clients healthy and sane during COVID-19 as well as allow a business to continue. Governor Walz I hope that you see the advantages of allowing Pilates/Yoga boutique Studios to continue operating during COVID-19.

As a long time (23 years) client at Lonna Mosow’s Center for Mind/Body Fitness, I can attest to her high standards of cleanliness and of following all health rules. She demands that all who come into her studio to wear a mask and wash hands both before entering and upon leaving. She always wears a mask and does not have any bodily contact with her clients. I feel that it is important that she be allowed to continue to help her clients maintain their body strengthening excercises especially during this tome when other excercise is not possible.

This is a studio that is taking every precaution to keep clients safe and healthy. Don’t lump all fitness studios as small studios can be open safely.

I feel that this is a safe space for me since I'm the only one in the room with the trainer.

I strongly urge you to make a distinction between small fitness boutiques like Club Pilates, where sessions are by appointment only and class size is limited. I am a 69 year old woman trying to strengthen my muscles and balance after hip surgery and I desperately need access to the equipment in Club Pilates. I attended classes there this summer and until you closed all fitness centers again and felt completely safe. Please, this is a matter of health tool.

I feel that Balance for Life and other small boutique studios should not be classified in the same category as the large 200,000 sq ft gyms. Please all them to open! These small studios have NOT proven to be a COVID spreader!!

I support the opening of small, low-density fitness clubs with appropriate restrictions. Since my health club reopened in the summer I have found the owner and staff to be scrupulous about following all guidelines about sanitation, distancing, etc. There is definitely less close contact than there would be with a massage (or tattoo!). Thank you for considering this.

I teach in a pristine environment and the owner EXCEEDS the protocols for cleanliness, social distancing and fewer number of people in the studio. We don't have sweaty men and heavy breathing. This is Pilates and we practice contrology.

Balance For Life has done a great job keeping its clientele safe during the pandemic. I have felt completely comfortable doing yoga there. They have required masks, kept class sizes small enough to allow for social distancing, and followed stringent cleaning protocols.

Please consider the damage that’s being caused by small gym closures. They have limited amounts of people in the gym at a time. Social distancing is being utilized along with thorough cleanings. The benefits of regular exercise is well known. Not to mention supporting small business owners is just the right thing to do.
