I am spending my evenings reading through your stories about these damaged screens and I am honestly shocked by how widespread this problem has become. We are currently gathering all your accounts to show the company that this is a widespread failure rather than just a few isolated accidents.

Seeing this momentum grow has been overwhelming because I know how many of you are dealing with the same damaged screens I face every day. It means so much to see that I am not alone in realizing these displays are nowhere near as durable as promised.

Samsung wont touch mine without charging me 200 bucks. Total ripoff.
SO ANNOYING. Mine cracked from a tiny drop on the rug. They need to fix this mess.

My screen got a huge scratch after one week in my pocket. Had my old phone for 2 years and not a single mark. This is legit false advertising.
