From a Partick Thistle fan, let's keep our clubs at the heart of our community. Good luck lads.

Torquay got it wrong once before when it ripped out the heart at Fleet St to create a soulless shopping centre which strangled the town half to death. Plainmoor is part of the town's heritage, please take care not to make the same mistake.

Torquay United is the lifeblood of the town. Provides joy and solace for thousands of people on a local, national and global scale.
Plainmoor is the heart beat of the club. It would be of great detriment to the town and area if the club should disappear.

I'm not a Torquay fan but as a City fan I don't like seeing the state your club is in. You need to be back in the league playing us on Boxing Day!! All the best

As a Leyton Orient supporter I know first hand how it feels to have your club destroyed and even threat to its future existence by owners to have absolutely no interest in football and look to make a fast buck at the supporters expense. Good luck to all associated with TUFC

Please do not release the freehold of Plainmoor. It is a community hub for over 2000 people regularly and has contacts throughout the world who bring revenue and publicity to Torbay. Torquay United is more than a football club and is historically linked to the history of Torbay and its community. Let's keep it for the community !!
