The council must surely not let over a century of local history be handed on a plate to property developers.

GI will be the death of our club if they get their hands on the freehold at Plainmoor. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN

GI have ruined too many sports clubs with their property speculation, they have no concern for the welfare of the club.
Torquay United is one of the genuinely few community institutions left in the Bay, the largest gathering of people on a fortnightly basis in the Bay. It must be protected.
GI will not build new a stadium if they get their hands on Plainmoor, ask the Swindon Robins Speedway team.

Torbay Council will be responsible for the death of TUFC if they allow Gaming International to acquire the Plainmoor Freehold.
The Hereld Express is complicit in this having totally failed to report on concerns raised by fans about GI's history of killing sports clubs in order to redevelop their stadiums.
The club means too much to too many for its fate to be decided by just a few local politicians. Why not some public consultation first?
