The freehold must not be sold to Gameing International, until there is a concrete agreement in writing for a new stadium

As a Cambridge United fan living in Devon for the past 16 year I've seen how much Plainmore means to the fans and think it's important that Torquay remain there.

Please note the historic dealings of GI - it is imperative that plainmoor is not sold - it will be the end of our wonderful community football club that i have been following for 51 years.

All football clubs should be a pivotal part of the local community and Plainmoor is no different. Do not sell it unless a new stadium is built.

Once it's gone, it's gone. Please think of your constituents and keep Plainmoor in the hands of the community.

This club and this ground has long-term importance to the identity of the town. This club isn't about brands; it's about community, sharing and friendship. It's about release from the stresses of modern living and it's about hope. You hold a position of public office specifically so you can protect places like Plainmoor, not sell them to the highest bidder. You act on our behalf, not for your own self-interest.
