You owe it to all Torquay supporters to look into previous business "promises and deceit" that have been associated to the new owners of the Club. Bristol rovers, Hereford united, Poole, reading and Swindon speedway. Do you want to add your home town to the list?

I don't like to see any club lose their ground, no matter what division they play in. At this moment, I wish Torquay good fortune in their last remaining games and hope that they stay in the National League.

Plainmoor is the spiritual home for Torquay United fans worldwide. It is also the final resting place for numerous Gulls fans, Their ashes being scattered, and buried there. It is therefore sacred ground. It is, for thousands of fans, a memorial garden for their loved ones. Bulldozing Plainmoor would open a legal can of worms, with delays. challenges and appeals, not to mention the cost to the public. Not a wise move Mr, Mayor,

Visited Plainmoor many a festive season, usually to watch FGR getting turned over good and proper. It's a great stadium for a great club and needs to stay that way.
