Right somebody has to start this ball rolling and I never thought it would be me. Times like this we need to show the mayor what the Torquay United brand means to this town and the clubs supporters. First step is to get some names down and start gelling people together. Support and solidarity. We are getting great support and advice from lots of other supporters who will also sign this petition also. Please share this petition as many times as you can.

Take the ground and you tear the heart out of the community, the city and the enjoyment of future generations. This ground represents loyalty, love and devotion. It is a link with the past. We are trustees passing through but the ground is permanent.

I lived in Torquay, near the gym round for 8 years and had many happy experiences at Plainmoor and 'Boots and laces ' their social club. Lovely family club . Don't let developers / Torbay council rip the heart out of Torquay for financial gain .

I think that Torquay United has been sold down the river with these new owners and that they should stay where they are they have every thing they need there, plus a nice new stand, if they move all they will end up with is a basic ground and a shed

I will not sit back and watch the club that my late grandad took me to when I was 3 years old and fell in love with be driven from their home by owners that don't care and a council that show little support for what should be an asset to the town and bay!!

Leave Plainmoor alone. It's a great place for the community, it's a fantastic venue, and it possesses so much history. Football fans around the country have enjoyed visiting the place. And the Boots And Laces club. From a Burton Albion supporter

Plinmoor is as historical as any listed building ,it has seen my Grandfather my father and son and grandson frequent it on a regular basis it should be protected against land developers and the council needs to listen to the residents of the bay .

This is our stadium. The owner wants it for redevelopment as he has no interest in Torquay United
