Just take a look at the new stadium for Swindon Speedway. Last news item 12 months ago was that the steel structure had been fabricated and was at Port Talbot docks airing transport to Swindon. The stadium has still not been started. Lie after lie to get hold of the freehold on sites so he can sell to Ikea again for £18 million as per Bristol Rovers.
