The Golden Nugget Mine Ride is a historicaly significant, one of a kind ride located on the former Hunt's Pier in Wildwood New Jersey. The ride is slated for demolition in 2009. If you want to make your voice heard to try to prevent this senseless destruction of a beloved Wildwood landmark, now is the time to do it.
The feedback from people who remember riding the Golden Nugget has been powerful. I am working to get the demolition plans in front of local officials who have the power to stop this. Post the petition link on your Facebook page today to keep the pressure on.

Too much history gets torn down in this town. Leave the mine ride alone, my kids love that place.

I spent every summer on this ride. It would be a total shame to see it go. PLEASE DONT DESTROY IT.
